Hmm try listening to mind relaxing music Try not think abt stuff that makes u stressed,if it's work then try to finish it instead of taking stress. Don't over work ur mind , sleep but for short duration as too much of sleep (like 12+ hrs ) If they don't work either then try sharing ur problems and seek advice from parents or friends. I usually tend to avoid stuff that makes me stressed and if it's inevitable then I tend to seek advice from people who I think can understand me. Lol I doubt if it would be of help
