ML does as he promised the doctor(when he told him that the MC could get pregnant). ML gets people to slip something in Bai Mo and Su Yang's drinks on a night where they are together...the rest isn't directly written but it is implied that that night starts/changed their relationship. ML had called doctor to discuss if MC was pregnant due to him sleeping a lot. Bai Mo answers the phone grumpy since he's in bed with Su Yang. Doc has to see MC to know if he is pregnant, signs aren't enough to be sure. Su Yang is excited about the possibility that MC is pregnant.
