    I have fuckin scoured the internet. It unfortunately doesn't exist, you just have to slowly do it manually.

    I used Aegisub before for my subtitling. Though it hasn't been updated in years so not sure if it works with all the latest codecs and stuff (it might, it might not). There is subtitle edit which has been maintained but I haven't tried it.
