I have a report tomorrow wherein I need to teach my classmates how to do a simple and cheap handicraft that could be done in within 30 - 40 minutes. Kindly specify the tools and materials needed and instructions. Although, I've found some in Google but I still would like to hear all of your suggestions.

For example: Origamis I saw it on the net but it's time-consuming and a bit hard to teach. Ugh!

Axe + a bit determination = chop thin tree, clean it's sides, chop upward point to be sharp, take your classmates for some vampire hunting.

I used to do this when I was a kid:
    wikihow.com/Make-a-Box-Styled-Gimp

you can use, what looks like, nylon cord as in the example, or you can find, for really cheap, spools of plastic at a craft store like Michael's(or international counterpart)

    We shouldn't waste food, ne?

Noted, It's interesting to do however it's a bit hassle because it requires application of something on the face. My classmates whose full of make ups would probably complain.

Instead of vampires we have aswang here.

Why don't you build one of those air pressure rockets, I did it in high school, takes about 1 hour to build and you can build it with card, but you need a bike pumper and few other small things

Aww. One of my classmates already taught us that one and it's good.

It's a good one, I also remember doing that in my high school and we got scolded because it landed on a window and broke it. *sigh* But, I can't teach them that because I don't want that incident to happen again ugu~

    Marker outlines/silhouettes

Get paper, a printed image of whoever or whatever you want, pencils, and sharpies or really any marker.

    1) On the printed image, cover the whole blank side with pencil (make sure to REALLY cover it with a nice layer of lead)
    2) Overlap the printed paper with the blank sheet of paper (lead side down on the blank paper)
    3) Using the pencil, color in the darkest parts of the image (press down hard)
    4) Take the printed paper off the blank sheet. If you did it right, you should have a pencil outline of your printed image
    5) Color that outline in with sharpie or marker

    Should look something like this:

My suggestion is the race cars made out of soda cans. The character 'Squid' from rocket power had a hobby of making them with his dad or something.
