Recommendations Summoned Heroes

I am fed up with the novels of summoned heroes, with the summoned heroes always humans and stuff (in addition to the term clearly derogatory "demi-humans" for any race apart from humanity).
I want to read a novel where the main character, the summoned hero, is not a human being but an member of another race whatever (no reincarnations aka the human to non-human). for real.

 

Well I remember a few "God's" being summoned or transferred somehow to other world's. However for all intensive purposes they are "human" in appearance at least.

 

I'm sure there are probably a couple on RoyalRoad (They're probably not great though as I can't think of any of the popular stories that fit the criteria. You'll need a more serious RR reader than me.)

Also, currently Arifureta After Story is doing an arc where Shia (The Bugged Bunny) is summoned to become a hero. However it's only 2 chapters in at the moment and given her OPness this arc may not last long. It probably won't have much suspense either since she should be able to deal with anything anyways. Given those factors it probably won't fulfill what you're looking for.

 

There's that one that currently as an anime (just finished) where the MC is summoned as his game char, that's one of the few types of hero summonings where they don't have to be humans.

But yeah, Hero summonings tend to be limited to earthlings, and earthlings tend to be limited to humans usually.

The protagonist isn't a summoned hero, in fact the setting is a VRMMO (albeit not as simple as it looks) but the protagonist becomes some sort of 'hero' along the way.

 

I know of a cool novel about a class summoning that is unusual, check it out its called Kumo-desu-ga-nani-ka?

it is not that I have not read it, but what I am asking for is a novel of summoned heroes and Shiro is an evil god.

She was never human to begin with as the real "her" replaced herself with a spider from the classroom that then became our Protagonist. The real "her" being some major mysterious god

 

Maybe something like Maou-samano Machizukuri! ~Saikyou no Danjon wa Kindai Toshi~ or Nozomanu Fushi no Boukensha?

 

What part of "not human to non-human" did you not understand?

 

But if you are not kumo-desu-ga-nani-ka, there is for example Re: monster which is pretty good, and of course Overlord. As for being non human before being summoned i am not aware of any novels.

 

Overlord, Re: Monster, Kumo Desu Ga Nani Ka, Slime Tensei are a few I can name off the top of my head.
