Does anyone know if any "summoned to another world" type stories where the summoners actually summon adults?cause you know as cute as it is to watch teenagers have to grow up and learn big boy rules of the world, I would like to see what happens when people who already understand them are put in that situation. Also I suppose the rising of the shield hero counts (with naofumi being like 20 years old), so ones other that that I guess.
Janitor is not a Hero ? He's certainly adult and totally not OP. Just that the early translations are a little bit confusing but if you can push past that, it's a great story.
There are a couple of works with 20-30 year old working class that got summoned, but I forgot the names, one I recall was a work that MC is OP in Lvl 2 Also, understandjng the dark side of the world just means that you are mentally mature enough to know that you had been kidnapped to fight for your life and probably get disposed off after you done your job... so to me, age isn't much of a matter, their mindset is what is important. Of course with age comes maturity (so wrong, an example would be me) I was praying for the death of the "hero" and his harem everyday... especially on the rabbit assassin.
Mr. Nobu’s Otherworld Chronicles and Going Back and Forth Between Earth and The Other World with Space Time Magic both have summoned main characters in their 30's IIRC I think the main character of The Laid-back Life in Another World of the Ex-Hero Candidate Who Turned out to be a Cheat from Level 2 is early 20's , same for seijo no maryoku wa bannou desu and My House Is a Magic Power Spot ~Just by Living There I Become the Strongest in the World~
There are a number of salaryman ones although a lot of them are reincarnation or they are not translated or just beginning to be translated
