Mc, after his death moment, returned to life with some kind of power / system which lets him add other peoples life years to himself. He had very limited time to stay alive, he was in hospital, so mc hastily found a desperate person who was about to commit suicide and offered him a deal. With help from his system/ power he created a dreamspace bar, lured the desperate suicidal man into it, acted as barmen and offered him trade. Suicidal man needed money for his daughters surgery (I guess, not sure), he didn't have money, his death could cover expenses, that's why he was about to jump from hospital roof. MC's offering trade deal: for years from man's life he would get money. They haggled a bit, barmen mc acted as he had to ask his boss for additional money. Approved, drew a contract, asked for man's bank account details (i guess) for transferring money in a few days or few hours. Mc had to find money first. He went to a casino to gamble (his startup had something to do with system/power I think, a free spin lucky pass maybe? Also I am not sure if he went to casino, just that in some way he got money by gambling) Well, he won more money than what he needed. Made the money transfer and got the man's life years, maybe 10 or 20 years. Mc had a very negative life year level, keeping him alive more than a few days required a lot of years. So, he quickly searched for his second victim, costomer..Rest is all blurry. I don't know if this was a manga I read or a novel. Probably not bl, so there is that. I think so...But not 100% sure. Anyone have a name for this story?
