Leave it. Rather sleep on my arm than this abomination. Time stops when you sleep, so you can sleep for however long you want and still have 24 hours to get things done, but you would have to sleep through a constant rocking motion and beeping noises.
Take it. I have long-mastered sleeping in a loud/un-enjoyable environment. A water bottle that will never break, anything in it gets purified and can grant 1 wish not relating to itself. The drawback is that the water bottle is only 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide, and after the owner wishes the one wish, it will explode and possibly digress your age.
