Man, these chapters are frustratingly short...
We are lucky, translator-sensei releases them by the dozens. Or almost like that.
Christea looks like a young master = flag.
A girl will fall in love with her after she does some gallant act...
"This is no good, I have to eat... I mean, destroy everything."
"Is it poisoned?"
"Not exactly..." *looks to the other side*
"What is it, then?"
"It's no good, you eat what is in that wagon, while I eat... I mean, I dispose of this failed product."
Gaaaahhhh like I know how it's probably gonna end but this cliffhanger!
Also, watch as the Kingdom is destroyed and crista is surrounded by corpses of her slain enemies as she ascends to the throne of the demon queen because why the fuck not.
Again fast releases. But damn the chapters are short.
from the look of the illustrations, i have the impression the duke family look like one hell evil family, while shin look like the mc with miria as heroine and sei as mc little sister
The story is over chapter 250 yet we’re barely into the school arc. By this time, I’m just waiting to read those chapters where its other character’s POV. The prince’s and the dwarf blacksmith’s was fun. Now am hoping for a POV of that “hopeful girl friend” baron. I just really want a POV of how other ladies of the court perceive our mc. The new year ball only had snipets of conversations from those that are jealous of mc. So it will be fun if the baron girl provides another perception.
Holy crap, chapter 291 is incredibly unnecessary! We finally received some interesting development and then the author did this... This chapter can literally be appended to the end of chapter 290 with "... With a happy heart I spent mofumofu time with Mashiro and Kurogane and went to bed, the end."
A full chapter of nothings.
just out of curiosity, I wonder if the author releases chapters daily... the end result certainly feels like an obligatory daily release...
Well, that's not fair, a lot of Chinese novels release once or twice daily and their plot seems to advance pretty quickly... or maybe I'm just fooled since they tend of have wordy chapters... then again, I blame the wordy chinese novels because I think they are paid by the word (although it's more like: "I typed so many words so I deserve payment for my work - LOOK AT ALL MY WORK")
OH NO I'M LOSING MY MIND.
Maybe. The work is hosted at alphapolis: https://www.alphapolis.co.jp/novel/675277169/427110564
...almost a chapter a day.
Now, it's me or the chapter count of alphapolis and our beloved translator-sensei doesn't match?
Chapter 291 at Shinsori is chapter 194 at alphapolis.
Chapters that became part of ln vol.,1 have been merged together. Its always like that when a novel gets ln-ed on alphapolis.
I was getting there... almost...
Ah, thanks for the clarification.
Also, hurray development
So after this chapter I wonder if this is how the author is going to fill what I perceive to be a plot hole: the presence of Yahatul goods and how it's not popular although everyone seems to like those foods. Perhaps it'll be that the company only exist in Ellisfead (?) Duchy? I don't know, it'll be nice if they can answer how all the food that Christea likes are just easily available but no one knew about them before Christea started popularizing them... Maybe they'll have... Maria, Mariel? was that her name? maybe the new girl will say "those are super expensive" or something...
so, how much the royalties cristea received from all of her "invention"?
I always thought that the recipes that she patented were non-Yahatul food. After all, she makes sure not to serve Yahatul dishes when the Prince visited their fief, and claiming the invention of recipes from a currently existing culture seems... unlikely to be accepted? Didn't she say something about not popularizing certain Yahatul ingredients so she her House can monopolize all of it?
That means her Yahatul themed recipes probably doesn't leave the Ellisfeed Household. Also, I think it was mentioned before that the Bastea Company is rather new and unpopular (they had deficit problems with unsold stock before Tea became their main patron) as the locals have no knowledge or interest in the foreign items, iirc
Looks like Christea wants to marry the daughter of the Baron... It's the only person that has the same sense of values as her (japanese).
Cristea introduced two boys at the same time to a fujoshi. Someone is suffering from wild delusions right now ...
Ten more chapters and translator sensei will catch up with author sensei last posted chapter...
