I stopped reading four months ago because the plot was all over the place, and the MC was going nuts in a weird way. Well, turns out only 9 chapters have come out since then. Is our MC up to anything good yet?
I recommend to continue stacking chapters. Chi Tong has been expelled from his body but his body was already turning into something like Chi Tong's. Some devious organization caught his rampaging body to get Chi Tong's secret body technique but the banner of God protected Ai Hui's body so they can't get into it. To peel off the banner of god, they put him in a well. His spirit is exploring whatever spirit realm Chi Tong sent him where it's full of monster plants. His original powers are starting to manifest again and combine (multiplying swords+lightning). The sword embryo further multiplies whenever it cuts down monster plants. It might take another 10 chapters before he gets back to his body and complete his transformation.
Cool, sounds like he is aiming to go straight from Master to a realm past grand master. Sometimes these novels need the MC to breath. . .
The most recent review for the novel quotes the author apologizing for the abrupt ending. Something about poor health.
