If that were the case, Pride would have killed Theo on sight. The relationship between the grimores seemed overall positive, which indicates it is highly likely they share the same goal or similar goals through different means.

 

I wonder, among 7 sin, gluttony probably the one with concrete goal/has another goal unlike others who act as their name implies

 

It's probably Gluttony's personal goal / ties into why that other guy called him Greed. Let's face it Gluttony has gone yandere the last few chapters. Much sinister.
Anyway, there should be a separate goal why they send the sins into each world, maybe it's solely to compete but he's going to break the game by having one of their 'toys' transcend.

p.s. I'm thinking along the lines of a xianxia where it's a tournament, and Gluttony is the trashy young master that always sided with / believed in human potential and the rest just laughed at him because it's never happened properly before.
I'm assuming these transcendant humans so far have been similar to Demi-Gods , where they still have to follow certain rules of nature, whereas Theo can become a full creator.

 

Maybe the objective of all the sins is achieving 10th circle level of power. Pride is doing that by absorbing life forms and becoming perfect, Gluttony does that by gathering knowledge, and we now nothing of the others.

inb4 sylvia is lusts host and is trying to bone theo to steal his talents, only to find out that he is gluttony's host. and that gluttony and lust used to date so now whenever theo is around sylvia they are arguing while their hosts try to have a date.

 

lol, i was thinking of the same thing as you wrote this. The part of Sylvia that is, i was thinking if this were a smut novel you'd end up with that one joining the harem in some way, either through someone that was already very sexual or through someone very innocent that's easier to corrupt. Aquilo somehow just doesn't fit properly so i was thinking along the lines of Sylvia.
In a way Lust could gain power without having to kill people, so it'd be possible.

 

if this were a smut novel, theo would probably be lusts hosts lul. or Sylvia would be super close-minded about sex and then be forced into being lusts host, and consquently have to bone theo to get stronger... i feel like this already exists somehwere though maybe in a different style
