    Probably not the full deed yet but the promise of or something. 'Be my man' or maybe like a kissing ceremony where you become a dragon's man, lol. I don't think Sylvia will enjoy the surprise upon meeting him though.
    I think if he did get laid at this point, it'd be too much of a shock for 'Red' and the high elf and others. At this point author just needs to bring down enough women to accept being in a harem before actual consumption / relationship acceptance starts from his side. It's easier to build a harem if MC is still single/indecisive so it's not actually cheating when there's enough women.

    Can she? Theo had a somewhat ok reason to let aquillo do what she did but I don't think a quarter dragon can do the blood thing. Unless if she pushes him down. Then he physically cannot stop her.

    Her sorcery was control over heat if I'm not wrong. Sylvia's will be very similar, but focused on the opposite effect of hers I think (it was kinda implied when Veronica showed her sorcery)

    If I don't remember wrong, her breakthrough to transcendence cause her bloodline thicken and with the hint that she nearly get dragon heart mean if in the future she become 8 circle or 9 circle. She might transform into full pledge dragon
