you dont understand man, the mc here is always the "broken" literally, in every single fight he starts it with a him bandaged up with a few broken bones and ends it with him half-dead almost in a coma with even more broken bones.

he either finishes the fight in a wheel chair or starts it with a wheelchair
and if there's no wheelchair then he starts it with an arm cast or ends in with an arm cast, either broken or intact.

he's not "broken" as in a "cheat or op" he's broken as in his practically dying every single time he engages in a fight
