I'm done with the series. It's soo stretched out at this point it's becoming your standard battle shonen. Power up, beat up people, become friends with them, beat up more people....ad nauseum. Nothing to set it apart
they need some rest the author said actually they planned each series of The Breaker have less books but it turn out really different (￣▽￣) so they need more planning since the last series is the longest one about two times the second length that on original plan(which they fail to realize since it got longer hehehehe)
The author have to know when he have to end a series you know. The Breaker is an interesting story but not a series that can stand forever like dragon ball.
Why do korean authors never finished their works ? Lol I have to say that i agree , i absolutely loved season 1 , but season 2 was too shounen like as you said (IMO). Tho i love a good shounen. I personally liked more the format of The breaker 1, it realased a book every month or 2 , instead of a chapter every weekend.
Action idol was cancelled. Apparently the author and illustrator were in disagreement about something.
Is it a weekly comic? What's the release schedule? The Art's fuckin' incredible in it (and they added color), can really see the artist leveling up in this work. Hope he doesn't burn himself out again. He seems to have set the bar quite high (or they got more assistants/colorists).
Is manwha not popular in korea ? With the quality of this guy works (the breaker, auction idol ) ,he could make it in any japanese shounen magazine ,it's not like the standart is too high xD

The breakers are on a "break" for 3 years. So just about 2 years and ~ 300 days(I probably did the math wrong since I guessed). Idk about about the action Idol( I was too angry to follow for that webtoon when they took that long winded break)
The Breaker is on (a long) break. They are doing another project instead (and it just started). Come back in 2-3 years. (End of current of project and Ruler of The Land). They said they want to make another project before spending the next 6+ years making The Breaker 3 Action Idols was on break (end of season 1) but apparently it's cancelled (can't find official source so take caution with that).
The author aint even finish Ruler of the Land yet. I wish he would finish shit first. Ruler on the Land is going on 20+ years. I want to say it started even before One Piece.
Action Idol has an interesting premise but pacing is just too damn draggy, some chapters is just an exchange of kick and punches and a reaction from the peanut gallery which most of the time is unneeded. Not surprised if it got cancelled. The Breaker had a really good buildup in its 2nd season that you can't help but cheer when the MC got his martial arts back, but yeah it also suffered pacing problems. But the art is one of the best during its time. Understand the author and artist wanting to try a different work in the meantime as they spent half a decade in The Breaker already but hope it's a short one so they could return asap and finish The Breaker.
