(you can find most of this information on page three, post 43) Spoiler: Really Important Info You'll Need In Order To Understand Things (no this doesn't count as a spoiler, this is literally mentioned in like chapter 1 or so but I'm putting it here just in case anyone can't access the webtoon version for some reason) There are two kinds of magic in this world: Holy Magic and Dark Magic. People who can use Holy Magic become knights*. People who can use Dark Magic are Magicians. As the name suggests, Dark Magic is not something you want to wield. Magicians are the product of a curse that slowly erodes their mental health (though that might be the constant isolation, persecution, and hatred) and eventually turns them into Dark Beasts: destructive creatures that basically do nothing but harm people. To make matters worse, the curse is fully transmissible. It's never really stated how exactly the curse is passed along, but we know it can be done intentionally (and probably unintentionally as well). Because of the danger posed by these dark beasts (and the perception of magicians as inherently evil), magicians are ostracised from normal communities and hunted/killed by knights. *Their government is basically a cross between theocracy and monarchy, so what other manhwa governments would consider "holy knights" are just normal knights to them. In fact, only four knights are actually considered "holy knights". More on those later. Main Characters: Spoiler: Lapis The main character of the novel, Lapis has been a magician her entire life. She wants to be a holy knight so she can find a way to undo the magician's curse*. After multiple tries (at least three, i believe, but don't quote me on that), and a very eventful day that involves the accidental summoning of a Dark Lord** she finally manages to pass the Area/Arena Academy (holy knight school) entrance exam. Little does she know, things are going to get more insane than she could have ever thought... sure? her/his body is very feminine I thought she/he is a hermaphrodite because they say she/he is a man but she/he has a woman's body. And I was confused because no label out there says the GL genre, although it would be new if it is hermanphrodite. I saw the comments on naver webtoon and koreans also think she's a woman
I really have no idea, I'm just guessing based on the translation, though I won't lie, their figure does appear far more feminine than male. If I receive any clarification on this, I'll make sure to let you know.

who knows if it has romance, the genre is fantasy. author said this is not a gl so Kara is out maybe black hair or it's a reverse harem without romance and focus in fantasy
