It is lean more towards the serious side, since she spends her time to uncover the mysteries, preparing for the battle, and actually battling. But there are lighthearted moments too.
Japanese novels are generally very poor in the romance sector, at least for my tastes. I'd rather stick with manga there. It depends on the author too, but for these light novels, it feels like they're written by authors who've never experienced romance or love. And the ones that do have romance - it's just kinda bland, no heart skipping, rather boring, and quite subtle. I'd even say reserved, which suits the culture, I suppose. I go for the more exciting romances, so I've found Japanese novels really unsuitable for me.
I don't tend to care much for the level of romance as I do for the level of face slapping. It just so happens sometimes they tend to be romance novels
But i still did not understand the sense of MC who has good friendship with seven yanderes? Then who are they yandere about? Why would anyone go batshit crazy behind a friend? But if the adventures, mystery etc is good then i am in for the ride... Spoilers, please!!!!
Um. No one ever said there are 7 yanderes. Maybe in the original game, but now it has changed. The only ones who are yandere-ish about MC is Klaus, Auguste, and Edward. The others are either not really care about mc, admired her, or just a bit fond.
Just about MC. He especially likes to intimidate Klaus ever since the events in Ruins of Visitor. Since he had endanger MC's life. But to MC he still the gentle older brother, he never show that dark side of him to MC.
I don’t think that’s very Yandere at all. It’s more concerned brother stuff. Think of it. He nearly got her and his own freaking sister killed - all out of jealousy and pride. Yandere - would be if he decided to corner and torture Klaus in the form of training. That would be another story.
Um, there's actually that. I mean, Edward actually trained him and it was implied that he's really sadistic about that lol. Right after the event of the Ruins of Visitor.
Well... you got to admit Klaus had that shit coming to him. Maybe from this “training” he will actually learn that his actions have actual consequences.
But from what I read, isn't klaus a headstrong type? I doubt he'll learn his lesson just from one time, like Bakaburagi from reika-sama
After all the events in Ruins of Visitor, he will learn his lesson. That's just how scary it was. Plus, after the torture-- I mean, the lesson from the gentle and kind Edward, well...
