The novel really isn't that focused on the snu snu. There's romance but it doesn't choke the reader with it. It's just fun to read and the reverse harem is so casually snuck in lol. But the novel clearly makes known the MC sleeps with her men (one on one as far as I recall), so it's a true reverse harem.

He ababndoned EVERYTHING (His grand life, he invented a medicine that would enhance human strength for an hour? And that made is like a king/spoiled prince in a Survivor Base) just to go with our FL.
And I think there was some SM thing going on during their first time (outdoor). If not, FL was rough enough to leave marks on ML3 body
Spoiler: EXhusband The husband liked her but he was selfish and he loved himself more. He tried to get the FL back and she hates him and wants him to suffer but she doesn’t want him to die because it’s to cheap of him(she wants him to suffer worse than death). Surprisingly, he wasn’t living that of a bad life in a big human survivor base, he lives off girls(gigolo/male prostitute almost). Every time he gets near our mc ML3 and ML1 who are like leeches 24/7 at the left and right of the MC, they would beat him up(they know he’s the baby daddy and wants to kill him). As narcissistic as he is, he cannot believe FL would let others beat him as FL was once very protective of him. He dug his grave when he kidnapped small buns and the MC got angry she cut his tongue and legs and beat him up. After that, he became a beggar(and at the end of the world, that is living hell)
Yeah, he saw our FL and the killing??? The zombie king(I’m not sure, correct me if I’m wrong again) so he was sure she was a smart and good zombie. Spoiler: ML2 He's the most Reserved/Shy one. Little buns likes him most. The MC likes him and trusts him just as the other MLs but it's just that he's not really as aggressive as the other Mls that he's not there as much. A girl who likes Ml3 once tried to feed ML3 an aphrodisiac but he accidentally drank it and tried to relive himself in the bathroom which he forgot to lock XD. MC goes inside the bathroom and saw him just when he was about to cum. He couldn't stop himself so while he was giving relieving himself, the mc with "wide eyes" watched him them until he came.
