Korean Novel, meh, they have K-pop, K-Drama and K-Gamers who needs K-Novels with gaming elements when they can play the game itself and feel the power like LOL and Overwatch.

The endings always feel like they're not quite there, maybe a few chapters short. Then I read 10k chapters of some random repeating chinese stuff and am glad they at least don't go more than a few hundred chapters. Weak willed jap mc's, never ending repeating shit of chinese, then korea's never really ending a story. I feel all of asia is lacking in different parts. The only thing they're all consistent in is that I have to hear their countries name at least a few times per chapter and how great their countries are.

Boi, you're looking at the Web Novels, people who were written by hobbyist, not professional books written for bookworms.

    from what I read :
Breakers - very rewarding ending and after stories helped too
Dimensional Sovereign - good ending but bit rushed near the end of the of novel so if author wrote more digillently we could have around 250 chapters even
Dungeon Hunter - totaly rushed ending it wasn't exactly bad ending but it could be longer
Everyone Else Is A Returnee - good ending but must read with afterstories
God of Crime - basic end not extremely good one or bad
Soul Station's Necromancer - ending was mainly good but I personally didn't liked VR emelnts in novel
Master Hunter K - form spoilers I read the ending for me was just bullshit

I agree. Though they aren't completely bad, they mostly feel rushed. Breakers felt rushed in the ending with the final battle. EER could have been done better since I felt the way things came together and were revealed to be connected/explained felt lucklaster. I still enjoyed both though and the endings were definitely better than most novels. Still overall, KR novels at least are pretty good in quality.

Ok I don't read KR Novels so I don't have any problem, they have a lot of Gaming elements in many genres, whether it's porn, music, cooking, or any wish fulfillment fantasies that Korean wants. Lezhin is hosting a lot of Gay stories, they are far numbered compared to those porn. Though their Webtoons are quite different, a lot of them are quality like Lookism and God of Bath.

Well for me a lot of KR novels this days are not giving the satisfactory endings that we all expected to be, at first the story is so good but when the end is near they all fucked up especially the forced happy ending Novels settings that wanted to be finished on the fix limitation of 190+ chapters only I'm not gonna mention the novel names find it your selfs ,I'm not saying i'm a better novelist on them or anything it's just that if they can expand more chapters and create more better scenario the story itself will improve a lot instead of trying to finish it all at once on fixated 190+ chapters and forced to AXED a lot of the important side quests stories so the ending itself ended up a So-So happy ending.
But there are some special case novels that have a satisfying ending for me but I'm not gonna mention the names again read it yourselves.
My point is if they can expand more chapters and produce better scenario without skipping those side quest/characters stories the story itself will improve a lot and achieve a satisfying ending.
    Stand alone complex.

This is typical for korean novels and some chinese novels (Galactic Dark Net...) I always hated that.Mainly author made rushed ending becasue he was didn't want to write more

Kinda hard for me to comment on the endings for korean novels when I don't think I've ever made it to the end of one yet.

i think it's a rushed ending. the author can make some plot into an arc before battle at the north. not to mention the human hero (Locke?) appearance was too little (at the last arc)

Dude, generalizing like this is nonsense.
It shows how narrow your point of view is.

Every genre, language or culture all produce good and bad media, for you to say what you said is childish and outright false.

If you were to say that "I havent't seen a good Korean ending yet" then that would be different.

Also, if i am correct generalizations like this are against Forum Rules. If not I know @Parth37955 hates them, or at least used to.
Feel free to correct me if i'm wrong on this.

Edit: Couldn't find anything saying it is against rules. Probably just not remembering right, or it was an old rule. Either way your fine.
    But still, don't generalize!

Anything by Lim Dall-young (other than UnbalancexUnbalance) is shit. He also wrote novels. Many manhwas currently translated are also kind of shit, but I won't say all of them. Devil's Island was pretty good. Tower of God is also good, in an infuriating kind of way. Dice is annoying. The Gamer promised much, but failed from the very start, I just giggle at people who keeps reading, waiting for something to happen. As for novels, I don't know, I don't read enough to have any proper impression.

I know I enjoyed LMS, even though it's... like that... I think I only like it because of Weed's personality which was kind of refreshing.

I don't enjoy Ark at all. It was incredibly shallow and doesn't have any strength to it. It's simply an inferior LMS clone.

I kinda like "I became the hero's bride", but then again, I love traps, gender benders and stuff like that, so maybe I'm a bit more tolerant to its flaws because I like the genre.

I'm still trying to think what other Korean novels I have read so far... came out empty. I've read Legend of Maian (novel) though, it sucks balls. No seriously, the protagonist's balls got incinerated by alien beings.

Thanks mate for not putting an essay and just getting straight to the point.

This is why I read webtoons.
