    The gnomes and dwarves were the real MVPs. xD When points are awarded for destroying the influence of the Auland Empire, they're the ones who should get them, haha! I'm also Quite pleasantly surprised by the fact that all these silly characters seem to be getting more development. Since we still have 700+ chapters, there's a good chance the other characters will also get fleshed out.

    I'm actually now hoping that Darsos isn't thrown out of the game too soon, he's far from the worst person out there, and he actually seems to be capable of some self-reflection (he certainly realized he screwed up big time). Interestingly enough, Roland himself seems to want to maintain a status quo rather than be overly hostile against the Auland Empire. It could be interesting to see a temporary alliance before Mist swallows Auland up or the likes.

    I love how in this story, once the ball gets rolling, all sorts of people join the fray. So Roland helped spread the song, but lots of other unhappy factions actually joined in. It's nice that Roland doesn't have to do everything himself, lol. The words of the dwarves really ring true here: Wumianzhe managed to set up a city where the citizens did everything they could to protect both the city and the lord's honor. It's not like Darsos's situation now, where everybody is all-too-happy to start stabbing him in the back.

    Though, lol @ everybody only crediting Wumianzhe and completely forgetting about Adam.

    Also, lol at the imprisoned King being 'attacked by bloodsucking rats.'
