The following is a tweet I plan to send to the Twitter account to anime studio P.A. (Progressive Animation) Works. Please and thanks if you can convert the following the following tweet to into Japanese. Here is a link about the show: animenewsnetwork.com/news/2019-03-13/fairy-gone-anime-promo-video-reveals-more-cast-staff/.144481. Thanks!

"Your upcoming series 'Fairy gone' could get more series discussion threads and fans if you gave Amazon Prime or Crunchyroll a weekly simulcast license for this show. Please consider this as a Netflix license will will not help build the show's fan base as much!"

Something that caught my attention from the article: "The official website for P.A. Works' original television anime Fairy gone posted a promotional video and a new visual on Wednesday. The video reveals additional cast and staff members, and it also features the opening theme song 'KNOCK on the CORE' by [K]NoW_NAME (Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash, Sakura Quest)."

Toho Animation has released a trailer and teaser for this new show on Toho Animation's YT channel. I am guessing Toho Animation has developed some working relationship with P.A. Works seeing as how Toho Animation was also part of the Sakura Quest production team. Similar thing applies with [K]NoW_NAME as "Grimgar" was also a Toho Animation title of sorts. Not sure how it works, but it could be that Toho Animation is a TV rights and DVD rights distributor.

    A) japonese companies do not care for the international market growth
B)they make more money with a exclusivity deal than several broadcasting deals

Netflix likes to binge-upload their anime streams. Say that Netflix got this anime. We might not get into (Eng. sub and/or dub) until the summer season. Also, that "Netflix Original" label on many of their titles is akin to false advertising or deception. If Netflix produced, made, and aired a title, then it truly is a "Netflix Original".

Netflix usually does weekly simulcasts everywhere but the US

OP, they really do not care about the international fanbase. They are selling the rights.

OK, so the Tweet could be updated so that it says "Crunchyroll" for the weekly streaming license part. Crunchyroll does it its fair share of drawbacks and issues, but they are basically the best for anime-specific streaming to a wide audience from an official streaming site standpoint!

The platforms are comparable so it comes down to the best offer. If they have announced it the contract is probably already in place or in negotiations.

From my understanding, they have not announced who might get it streaming wise!

This thread was asking the same type of thing: myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1772393&show=0#post1. User romagia said "eh you can send it in english and they will understand
they even seem to have a english facebook and contact page
    https://www.facebook.com/st.paworks.eng/
    https://www.pa-works.jp/en/postmail/index.html".

So I just sent P.A. Works the following:
"Hi, my name is [real name] and I live in Phoenix, AZ, USA!
Your upcoming series "Fairy gone" could get more series discussion threads and fans if you gave a weekly simulcast on Amazon Prime or Crunchyroll! Please consider this as a Netflix license will not help build the show's fan base as much. This is because Netflix USA likes to binge-upload their anime licenses. I get that if there any streaming negotiations, they will likely be announced by the time the show premieres in Japan. Thus, I get that you are not at liberty to disclose such arrangements! My point about the weekly simulcast was just a suggestion and I am aware it might not happen!

    Thanks,
    [real name]

P.S. Words cannot express how thankful I am that you allowed 'Sakura Quest' to get an English-language version! To me, it is the greatest English dub that for an anime that had Caitlin Glass (director of the Eng. dub) as the director for the Eng. dub".

Dislike. Netflix is a good platform for anime. Apart from the popular shows it actually has a diverse selection of anime compared to other services. Crunchyroll is just fucking garbage with piss all content and i regret the month i paid for. I don't have an opinion on amazon prime since it refuses to work for me. (I'm in australia btw)

If you prefer binge-uploading sure. Not sure if Netflix Australia does weekly anime streams, but Netflix USA doesn't.

Sites like Amazon Prime that Crunchyroll that stream anime each week, hence "weekly simulcast". How have you not heard of that?
