    It's basically a way to make yaoi men get pregnant.
    Alpha-sperm donor
    Beta- normal men
    Omega- baby maker
    Alpha and Omegas are the ideal couple because they can make babies, so they have "destined" pairs( basically when they meet this "pair" they almost immediately fall in love).
    I'm guessing the beta mc dates alpha men but they always leave him for their omega- pair. I haven't read this one and many ABO stories change how things work.

    But, yeah that the basics;)

    Point is that in that novel universe, Yuri and Yaoi is accepted and there is a concept of the destined one to be with. Also male can make babies cause why not. That's how ABO works.

    I am just gonna pretend I didnt see all the shit here and say ABO is one of the most popular blood systems used to distinguish blood types.
