So the MC plans to help the FMC become a great hero by being a villain kills any villain that would kill a lot of people and pose a threat to her in the future brutally, but since the public support towards him killing a villain was positive, he was slowly starting to overshadow her as some kind of anti-hero, so he decided to become a full-fledged villain where he threatens to kill other people and get defeated by the FMC to make her look good. So the MC creates grand plans and takes inspirations from great villains he knows, e.g. Joker. The world setting is very similar to MHA.

Also, the FMC's uniform is bomb.
