She tries to live differently in this life, and she shows kindness to her family members, which causes them to feel regret and sorry for treating her wrongly before. There are more misunderstandings that occur throughout the story. Love Interests. There are three men who show interest towards the FL: a duke, crown prince, and the holy knight. Towards the end of the novel, there is a determined male lead. This is how the romance went imo: the FL wants to love and the ML wants to love, but their love is nonexistent, while still existent if that makes sense. If it doesn't, you'll know what I mean once you read it. Unfortunately, the Spoiler crown prince gets killed (from an outer source; can't confirm since I'm not done with the novel yet). The ML doesn't remember his past lives, so he isn't aware of the FL's hardships. Therefore, he's just like a leech, trying to make the FL fall in love with him (fated lovers, am I right?). My Other Thoughts. There are some fluctuations of comedy and thriller, so the atmosphere turns from heavy to light to heavy and back and forth a lot. The novel centralizes around the FL's story/plot-building, so it doesn't focus too much on romance and thriller. Instead of looking at the FL as a psychopath, I recommend seeing her as a different species than humans to make it easier for you to read. This novel can be emotionally exhausting, but ironically you can find yourself laughing at the mini comical lines. Other Notes. Many people are satisfied with the novel. You would see many people contemplating whether or not they wasted money on many novels you see, but everyone I saw enjoyed this novel. They claim it was hard to put the novel down because it was attention-grabbing. Read this when.. You want to see a harmful and inhumane FL, and when you want to see a fated relationship that is unavoidably, terribly intertwined (meaning, they are fated to be together no matter how much they want to avoid it). You will like this novel if you want to see a theme of a plethora of misunderstandings. The ML has internal conflicts because of the FL's actions; it's emotion jumbling. If you want to read something light and fluffy, this isn't for you. This creates a heavy mood and it will break that immersement once you stop reading. Also, if you are about to start reading this novel for the romance, then don't. I didn't mind, but most people didn't enjoy the novel as much because they kept searching for romantic scenes and love interests. It's hard to sprinkle in romance in a novel with a plot like this, so read this novel with that in mind. My ratings. The story is so good but that's not much translation this is my first time reading a novel whenever I try to read a novel I always get on uninterested but this was so good
i have a question, does it later get explained why she keeps regressing? And why is it always at the age of 18 and at 9 AM?
There's a total of 7 book and I'm currently reading the 5th book. But I still haven't reach the part about it yet. But I must say that there's nothing boring about this novel. There's a lot of mystery in this book, but that's what makes it interesting. As for what I know so far. Spoiler: MC She's not 100% human. I think her regression has something to do with her birth mother. As we already know, the duke went missing in a forest. It turned out that he lost his memories during that time and he was saved by a mysterious woman (mc's mother). I don't think she's a human tho. Anyway, they lived together for a few years and the mc was born.
I'll try to give some summary. But actually I'm not good at making summary, so please bear with me. Spoiler: Summary book 1-2 - As we already know, our mc wanted to get Lily. So she befriend Floria Buildlander. - If you haven't know, Lily hold a grudge against Count Buildlander because he has a hobby of using commoner as a play thing, torturing and even killing them. But there's actually 4 more people working there (as a servant) beside Lily who were planning to get revenge from Count Buildlander for the same reason (their loved ones were a victim of him). Actually there used to be 8 of them, but 3 of them were ousted. - At first they were confused when the mc told them that she would grant their wishes and kill the Count. But they decided to follow her and see. - For her debutant, Agatha (her step mom) took a great care of her. Start from choosing the best dresses and jewelries, and even her partner. - Our mc had a little argument with a group of girls when she went to a dress shop. The 3 girls bullied Priscilla (from Rischet Marquis family). It was because Priscilla was notorious for being hot tempered and she often hit people, even in public. Basically she's like a mad dog in the social circles. But apparently our mc had a connection with her in her past life. (I later found out that she married her brother once, but he was abusive and he killed our mc) - Her mother asked for a favor from Duke Kanhemann (by exchanging a necklace that was supposed to be his family heirloom) to be Beatrice's partner. Fyi, Duke Kanhemann was the one who always keep our mc in check in her previous life. - The day of the debutant, Agatha gave some kind of magic tool to our mc. It was basically a magic tool that will magically clean her body in case she spill something, or even if someone spill something on her (this is the typical girl's fight in a party). Anyway, she told her that she didn't have to worry about anything and that there's not much family with a status higher than them in the empire so she can do whatever she want. (She's a very great mother. I really like her.) - Everyone was surprised by mc's sudden appearance. There were 3 man who's interested in our mc at this event. First, Duke Kanhemann (he's one of the hottest bachelor in the empire, but he never really care about finding wife because he's always busy working, so he thought even if he have to marry someday, it'd be purely political). Second, the crown prince (he's already 25 but he haven't had a fiancée yet, but he was notorious for being playboy and sleeping around with girls, that's why the empress was worried and wanted him to choose a fiancée soon). Third, Francis, the paladin, (he was the one who killed our mc the most in her previous life. This time, he went to the party as Vicellope's partner. Fyi, if this was a novel world, Vicellope would be the typical heroine. She's a baron daughter but she has an outstanding appearance. In Beatrice's previous life, she often ended up marrying the crown prince after the prince fell in love with her at first sight. Anyway, she's Francis' childhood friend.) - But of course this time, the crown prince didn't fall in love with Vicellope but with our mc instead. - The last day of the debutant party, the mc had a sleepover with Floria at her place. - That night was the promised date (the promise to Lily that she would kill Count Buildlander). So after Floria and her maids fell asleep, she asked Lily through a letter to prepare a man's shoes for her. Lily put it outside of Beatrice's room. - The mc went straight to Count's office. She killed his guard outside (with bare hands, so basically our mc has a super human strength and a weapon could barely pierce her, usually it only leave a scratch, and it heal fast. There's also some lines that indicates that she was like a marble statue. Well, I think you can picture her strength by imagining the vampires from twilight movies, except for their speed), and then went to Count's office. - She tortured the Count in a very gruesome manner while those 5 servants including Lily watched as they kneeled and prayed to our mc (they basically worship our mc at this point, because God never answer their prayer, so they took the hand of the devil instead) to kill the Count as gruesome as possible that he would wish for death, and even after his death, he would never get peace that even holding a funeral would be difficult. (I know it's very cruel, but I guess their grudge for the Count were so great) - Honestly our mc doesn't have a hard feeling for the Count, but she killed him because those servants wanted to. She even killed him without changing her expression. (Her trademark expressionless face) - After the Count dead in a very gruesome way (his head was hang, his body was spread on the table, his every joint were twisted, his gut were splattered around the room), she cried because she envy him. She also want to be able to die. - There's an uproar the next day after they discovered the Count's body. The temple and even Duke Kanhemann were called to help with the investigation. - They concluded that it was the work of black magic (black magic was illegal in the empire) - Francis suddenly offered to become Beatrice's temporary escort just in case the warlock come to harm her next. Priest Theodore and Francis lied to her that they felt a residue of black magic on her (which is absurd because our mc didn't even use black magic at all), and they're afraid that the warlock will harm her. But it turned out that Francis has a gift of foreshadowing. He often see someone's death. When he first met Beatrice at debutant party, he got a vision about Beatrice being covered in blood. So he's afraid that Beatrice was in danger and would die just like in his vision (which is also funny because it's the complete opposite). That's why he insisted on escorting her. Anyway, only the priest and Vicellope knows about his ability. And if he could prevent anything from happening in 2 weeks after his vision, then his vision would be invalid. That's why he stayed for at least 2 weeks as her escort knight before going back to the temple. There's so much thing going on in just 2 volume. Anyway, if you're following the official translation until the latest chapter (ch 11), it actually barely covered 2 chapters of the first volume, so there's still a long way to go from then. (I couldn't even count how many time I muttered the word "crazy" while reading this novel. The boundaries that stop characters from acting out too far in other romance fantasy stories don’t apply much in this story. These lines don’t exist. Or perhaps they do, but they are crossed and broken anyway. That's just how crazy this novel is. In a good way of course. After all, I've been reading a lot of regression and transmigration novel for years, yet this is the first time in a long time that I found a novel that could make me this excited while reading it.)
I almost finish reading volume 5 and I found out the reason why she couldn't die. Spoiler: Why the mc couldn't die Our mc befriended Vicellope after she heard a folklore that was pass down from generation to generation at her fief. Long story short it was about a man who fell in love with a women but that women rejected him because she loved someone else so the man asked a devil who lives under the cliff to curse the women and her lover. Anyway, after hearing the story about the devil, our mc decided to pay a visit there and check if she could find anything. On the way, she stumbled upon some different species who were captured and enslaved. Then they told her that she was their savior. Long story short, the different species that were abused by humans for so long wanted to take revenge. So they decided to create a monster that will later rule over humans by mixing 100 blood of different species. But they needed someone with golden eyes to finish it off. So that's how Duke Amber was choosen (because he has golden eyes). In short, they conceived Beatrice in order to save the different species. Fyi, Beatrice's mother die during childbirth but she didn't mind because she was ready to sacrifice herself for the sake of greater good.
This story is so good and so unique I'm sure when it become a manhaw (hopefully) someday it will be very popular I'm so in love with this type of MC and thank you so much for the spoilers

Can someone spoil the story?? Aside from the summary of book 1 and 2. What is now her relationship with her family? The potential MLs? The ML, her worshippers and the society?
I already finished this book a week ago. And I must say that this is one of the most mind blowing story I've ever read. There's 3 potential male leads, crown prince, the duke and the palladin. But this story was more of a mystery and thriller rather than romance, so don't get your hopes high in the romance department. As for your question about her relationship with her family, they adored her. The duchess was very supportive of her. Her brothers were also caring and very protective of her, especially Felix, her second brother. He even went as far as tagging along when he thought Francis was flirting with her. Anyway, I don't think I can give detail spoiler because I'm not good at remembering the detail. But here's to sum it up. Spoiler: Book 3 - finish - mc killed 1 other noble (viscount). He's involved with illegal slave and creatures trading or some sort. But honestly the reason she killed him because his carriage accidentally hit the child of Beatrice's fav restaurant owner. Since her child die, she closed her restaurant, so the mc couldn't eat her fav sandwich. So she killed the viscount and all of his followers then released all the creatures and slaves there. - In there, there's this one girl who ended up following mc. She named her Anna. And she got some special skills, like very strong body and stamina (not as strong as mc tho), and if she drink someone's blood, she'd regain those person's memory. - There's hunting competion. Mc gave handkerchief to 3 people. Crown prince, duke, and Ethan Rischet (Priscilla's older brother and her ex husband in her past life). She gave the handkerchief to Ethan to provoke crown prince and duke. - Long story short, mc helped Priscilla to kill his abusive grandfather (the current Marquis of Rischet), then they framed Ethan. And he was given a death penalty because of that. - Some people like the duke started suspecting mc because she's always around whenever there's a murder. - Note : please read my previous spoiler about why mc can't die. Mc went to Vicellope's barony to check on the cliff in the folklore. - They needed a few days to reach the barony. Francis and Vicellope also went with her. - When they reached a village to take a break, mc sensed black magic. Apparently the black mage were there to capture different creatures to be sold. In the middle of the night, she fought with the black magician and of course they were no match for her. - Francis witnessed the scene when she brutally killed the black mage with bare hands. But apparently his feelings for mc were stronger than his morale. So they ended up kissing while mc was still covered in blood. - They spent the night together and Francis decided to keep her secret. - They arrived at the barony and at night mc, Anna, Lily, and Francise went to look for the cliff. - After a few days they finally found the cliff. And inside some kind of cave, they met the devil. The devil was sealed. So he asked her to release him in exchange for information about her curse. Anyway, she needed to break some kind of necklace located in the imperial palace secret library to release his seal. - mc asked the devil why she couldn't die. Then the devil told her about her origin (read about mc's origin in my previous spoiler). But mc didn't care about that. What she cared about was how to be able to die. - The devil gave her a clue about the location of the secret library. - She immediately went back to capital in full speed. The knights and her entourage were very exhausted because she barely took a break but she was completely fine. - After they reached the capital, she told her entourage to go back home first, but she went straight to imperial palace. - She requested for a meeting with the crown prince. And the crown prince, being hopelessly in love with her, agreed without a second thought even though it was in the middle of the night. - She told him that she was cursed, but she didn't elaborate what curse. The crown prince thought that she was cursed by black mage (remember when the priest lied that he felt a black magic residue from her), so he was very worried. She then told him that in order to break her curse, she needed his help to find the secret library in the imperial palace. - Beatrice, crown prince, and Rose went to look for the library (Rose used to work for the count and she was among the maids who dedicated herself for mc after mc helped them killing the count. She sent her to work in the imperial palace as a spy to find the library's location. She also managed to gain the crown prince's trust and became his exclusive maid. He often asked about mc from Rose.) - They found the secret library. Mc frantically reading the books there to find anything about the curse. The crown prince was bewildered. - She finally found it. So in order to break her curse, she have to destroy some kind of magic clock (this one is also located in the secret library) and the heart of the first king. - She thought because the first king was already long died, it means that his heart was already destroyed, so she only needed to break the clock. - She immediately went into action and tried it on the spot. She took the clock from the glass frame and destroyed it then she killed herself by ripping her neck off with her own hands. The crown prince and Rose were so shock. - But guess what? Yes, she was resurrected again. - It turned out that she only managed to break the curse of regression (the clock) so she won't turn back time anymore but she would still resurect everytime she die. - So she came back alive and went crazy because she couldn't die and blame the crown prince because his ancestor was related to the curse. - The crown prince who's in love with her told her that he will do anything for her because he love her. But she only laughed at him (because seriously, love? Male lead? Never heard of that, she just LOVE death). Then she killed the crown prince out of spite. But she got jealous of him, because he could die. (Honestly I feel bad for him. He wasn't the best character, but he genuinely love mc.) - With the help or Rose, they managed to get out from the palace through secret passage that she found while working there. - mc went to the temple and went rampage, killing everyone there, including Priest Theodore. - Francis was waiting for her. It turned out that he's the reincarnation of first king. - So in order for mc to die she need to kill him. But there's a condition. She needed the heart of the person she love. So in short, she needed to love him then kill him (what a cruel curse). If she only kill him without loving him, the curse won't be lifted and she would need to wait for him to be reborn again until I don't know when. - The problem is, mc lost his emotions and feelings a long time ago. So she didn't know how to love. It made her depressed. - After it was found that the crown prince was dead and Beatrice was the culprit of the serial murder, the emperor was very angry, and Beatrice became a wanted criminal. - mc and her follower went to the cliff where the devil was already unsealed (after she destroyed the necklace). The devil built her a castle there. - Long story short, she ended up making a new nation (even though she didn't give a f*ck about it). Every different creatures and also human who had anything againts the temple or the empire went there and they built a new nation there. They basically worship mc. - The emperor who lost his son was so frustrated and depressed that he even went as far as making an announcement that whoever manage to kill mc, will get his position (emperor). But of course nobody succeeded. - Francis stayed with mc, he followed mc around like a leech, hoping that one day mc will love him. He wants her to love him even though it means that she will kill him later (it was safe to say that the ml is also not right in the head). On the other hand, the mc hoping to be able to love him someday so she would finally be able to die. - The end.
