Hey guys, just started reading this novel yesterday. But couldn't get myself into it, the prologue was okay and all, but after that, it seemed to have time leaped to some unknown period. From the synopsis, I thought there would be some good interaction between the old man in MC's inner space and MC before the deal, but it finished in few lines. I thought the dragon's blood and phoenix's blood would have made MC into some OP character, but it didn't look like it changed much. Overall, I felt the author wanted to make the novel into some kind of epic book, but I think he failed in doing that. I am just at the beginning and usually, I really get myself into the book when I just start reading it, even the novels which gets repetitive later are interesting at the beginning. But I just couldn't get myself into Magus Era. So, I would like your thoughts whether it gets more interesting later on or not? Cause it is one of the few novels that has about 300 chaps, and which I have yet to read.
it starts picking up pretty fast. but he is "always" in a spot with the enemies either being more numerous or stronger than him....one time he was OP was when he went to a water tribe and took on half a million of there guys by himself.
Well, the thing about this book (in my opinion) is that you should not read it expecting stuff that has happened in other novels. Whether it is for the better or worse, that is upto you to decide. For example, even at ch 296, which I edited an hour ago, he won't be talking to that guy in his inner space. I know CD and some other novel have that, but sorry won't happen (yet) in this novel. Every time you read about a beautiful girl, it may not necessarily mean they will end up in his harem (does he have one?). Taking every fight on ( not happening)...fight for justice..nah...And you won't get a explanation in each arc immediately (sometimes hundreds of chapters later)...So I hope you give it chance, but if its good..that is up to your taste ....(don't get easily offended by mass killings)...
mass killings and everything is all okay with me as long as it is interesting. But somehow, I couldn't get into Magus Era. Maybe, it will get more interesting as I read it after couple of months.
Ok..I hope to have edited a bit more by then. And I get that..even i had some difficulty in the beginning...but as the novel develops it answered some of my questions and gave a load of other questions...anyway...take your time and I hope you will tell me how you found it...
I have stopped reading Magus era a few chapters ago just after the beginning of the current arc but now it seems that something happened to Man man.Can you elaborate please?
Well, in the last arc she was put under s spell..this arc not much has happened to her. She is a bit mature though (in my opinion)...
Hey guys, just started reading Magus Era after a while. I'm around 227 and some guy called Ying Yunpeng seems to have a tonne of bad luck and bunch of people dying around him. I was wondering if someone could remind me who he was and what he did to MC? Edit: nvm it got explained. Ish.
Too many sidekicks, I hated Man Man, but learned to tolerate her and then these two life stealers show up. Just really annoying and the PoV constantly shifts to these unwanted nobodies and away from the MC.
How tall is Ji Hao? Cuz I keep thinking he's normal size but he's doing stuff like picking up a ten foot person and such.
Ooh over 100 new chapters to read... Edit: guess it was a release issue and not 100 but slightly over 20... well quite a few anyway...
idk where i can post this so i will say it here and i hope the translator sees it -Thank you for you hard work this is one of my favorite novels and without you to make it possible i wouldn't even know it existed. Thx. @Qidian thank you for making a novel so great , available!
someone give me some information of it, i had stopped reading it, so whats happening to the MC within the current chapter.
