Does it have power levels?, Or is just abilities?. Does mc plan on building a kingdom or getting stronger?.
If you mean Master of the stars, the chinese novel, then it does have levels if i remember correctly. It is different to other cultivation novels because of the way the MC gets his powers and how he controls it. As the novel is set in modern times there is no kingdom building, the MC just trying to understand his powers an not to die. But the novel is only translated up to ~ ch. 400, which is a real shame, because I think it is pretty good.
