It's mostly action and indirect way of saying. They might have said once or twice later, but is not a highlight piece. More like everyday stuff. But the confessions in this novel is not as glorified or highlighted as in other novels

He didn't want her to get mixed up in the conspiracy or something like that. She learns from Inspector Zheng (or is it Zhang?, Anyway her private investigator). Then she throws a tantrum at Hero Mu. After that he explains her the whole thing and tells her going forward to ask him anything rather than going around asking others which would create misunderstanding.

Thanks. Really Mr Gu? I don't understand why he helps Xinyi and how she knows him. He had helped her even before Xiaye and MYC met. But it has to be someone who knows how to hide things. Even Ah Mo couldn't find who the person is. Isn't Mu Yuchen going to expose how papa Xi was drugged, and how Deng broke their marriage and so on? Is he going to get revenge from Deng too or only Yue Lingsi ?
Mr Gu has always blamed MYC for MLT death. He is gonna show up in disguise of Mr Wen or something in couple more chapters. He and his wife are what I call in my language fish of deep water. MYC is gonna expose Evil Yue's derailment. Deng gets her retribution from her disappointment from getting abandoned by Evil Yue and bitch XinYi.
