Which chapter when gates start to appear on Earth?

 

Do you mean when Baal bring his gate to Earth? As that's the only gate I can think of in the series, the rest of the time they go somewhere its through some other thing. Maybe you mean when the towers open?

 

It's the Baal gate, I guess. If I remember right, the gate appears when the world starts to become a demon world (demonized?).
