okay. So i started reading this novel and already cant help myself to find out the truth. Who is Jing Jiu? Why did Immortal Taiping betray the sect? Why did he tamper with the formation booklet? What are the real intentions of the Mysterious Dark Sect? Why did Bai Ren intefere with MC and wanted to go back to human world?
1. Jing Jiu is the All in One sword whom posses Jing Yang'memory and believe he is Jing Yang 2. Immortal Taiping didn't betray the sect, it was JY, Liu Ci and Yuan Qijing who betrayed him due to the fact that Taiping wanted to kill all mortals in order to increase the amount of energy of heaven and earth for cultivation practitioner. 3. Immortal Taiping didn't want JY to ascend to the upper realm because JY will take away the energy of heaven and earth in Chaotian. 4. Mysterious Dark Sect want a good spiritual source for themself. 5. Bai Ren also doesn't want MC to ascend for the same reason as Taiping and she want to make sure no one would be able to ascend.
