    I will be honest, I also held the same intention as you, but then I thought about the well-being of the translator(s) that may translate them.....

    probably won't. thats like quite a sensitive body image issue. you just have to believe he's 180 cm and weigh 40kg while being perfectly healthy. just like how kids believe that unicorns farts rainbow.
