Nah. I mean, have we ever seen Shizun this angry before? Not really. Even when he self-destructed he wasn't this angry!

True. Well, Binghe is going too far. And when he said he was faking that dream world scenes (we know he wasn't), I was like, REALLY THOUGH BINGHE? REALLY??? YOUR SHIZUN WAS ALREADY FEELING SORRY FOR YOU AND YOU HAD TO LIE LIKE THAT???

I know he has his reasons but he's really going too far now. I hope they unknot all these mess in their relationship in the next chapters. Binghe! Stop being an ass. It's not cute. (>_<)

Thank you for the chapter, translator-sama!

Haha, I dunno who returned Shizun's soul back to his original body but I would like to thank him or her. I also would love to know Binghe's reaction to it. Serves you right for angering your Shizun. :p

I have to wonder what LBH is thinking now? Does he think his Shizun suicided again to get away from him?

I would like to know as well. But considering that SQQ suddenly screamed and writhed in pain, I think Binghe knows that it wasn't Shizun's intention to leave this time. Maybe he thought he angered Shizun to death hahaha. I just hope this incident makes him reflect his actions and the next time they meet again, he will stop playing these awful games with his Shizun.

Playing with your pray being the last thing you did before you lost your Shizun again was with hindsight a terrible decision, Binghe. :blobwhistle::sweating_profusely::blob_pout:
Don't cry too much, once he unlocks hidden plot points he'll be back. :blobpopcorn_cool:

and also, riffing of a known limerick:

a demon lord started to cuss
because getting Shizun was a fuss
as he sat there in bed
    looping round in his head
    was while (shizunLost) rage++;

    *tilts head*
I fail to see the difference between the new chapter 1 to the old chapter 1.

That reads the same to me, just different wording and sentence composition. I was expecting additional scenes.

Maybe there will be extra scenes later on.... There is nothing much to add in the introduction.

 Some chapters are the same but some are not. Minor changes include:

    • not ending on cliffhangers (same content but it's not cut off at a cliffhanger)
    • less "fucks" (seriously, the original has more cursing)
    • longer or shorter dialogue
    Major difference:
    • the edited version has more extras
Examples of differences from chapter 9.

Old - Shen Qingqiu had a hand on his back while speaking to him: “Junior apprentice-brother Liu, this senior brother has recently gained some insights while in seclusion recently. Thinking of past events, this senior brother feels a little ashamed.”

Edited - Shen Qingqiu continued to pat his back, while saying earnestly, “Liu-shidi, to tell the truth, lately shixionghas been in seclusion, and has come to realize many things. Seeing you at death’s door, in danger of dying a beauty’s dea—ahem, dying so young, it brought back a lot of memories; shixiong is deeply ashamed and filled with regret.”

Old - Liu Qingge: “……Are you serious?”
Shen Qingqiu: “Serious. I cannot be more serious. Look at this senior brother’s two eyes, are you moved?”

Edited - Those two lines are no longer there.

I didn't expect Binghe's actual dad to be this bad. But well, he's a demon....

"this good-for-nothing that only makes people angry. He stubbornly continues to put on an act in front of you too, pretending not to feel anything!"

Dream demon elder perfectly summarizing why the hell I'm infuriated with Binghe. Well, Binghe seemed to have mellowed out before he passed out so I find him adorable again.

And omg Binghe, your sky pillar is always hard and long that Shizun mistook it for a sword hilt what the heck.

What's up with bcnovels? I read ch. 59 at 10:49 UTC, but twenty minutes later the site was timing out and now it throws "invalid SSL certificate" errors.

Uh are you sure you got that error? Since the website is http://bcnovels.com/ and doesn't use SSL, there shouldn't be that error. SSL errors are for those website that use https:// on their domain.

Perhaps the link you followed used https://bcnovels.com/ which is not the correct url. Can you give me more info about when you encountered this problem?

I went to bcnovels.com several minutes before I posted that and firefox gave me its ssl warning page instead: bcnovels.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: rickgrimes.asoshared.com, www.rickgrimes.asoshared.com.

Perhaps temporary misconfiguration on hoster side?
