    Why Should It Get Picked Up    : K-novel MC have abilities to create skill and grant them to anyone even to non-hunter people(normal citizen), his skill making not too overly OP since MC can only create skill that are lower grade than his skill maker skills. The book have fair amount of chapter to my liking 300 chapter.

    Summary:
