It is true that between, reincarnation, soul transfer called transmigration and all the other things authors invent to have the Main Characters have prior knowledge of events and use it to their advantage, one can get lost......
In this particular case, we are in a transmigration/ reincarnation case with the soul of a young woman from Earth (probably Korea but it isn't specified) being sent into a book called "The Abysmal Flower" into the Character called Roxana but at birth. In Chapter 2 the MC which is born into Roxana's body calls it herself a reincarnation.
So because she remembers her past life as a young woman on Earth and is reborn as a baby into the world of the book, she is actually a double case of her soul tranmigrating to a new universe (the book) and a reincarnation since she is born into the body she is in and not replacing an already existing soul like in a lot of Isekai novels.

Check on page 32-34, it's mention the artist is taking on break to recover regarding health problem on her twitter/IG. Plus she finally posted her tweet just recently that she is feeling better after going to the hospital on her own. So hopefully she'll be back for part 2.
