So been thinking. Do they age while they are in the pods?

It said MC younger sister has grown into a young teen. Meaning that they age and grow while still in the pods.
BUT, if one remembers, the MC only ordered a childs pod for her. Meaning it is a smaller pod that what an adult would have. Keep in mind she was only like 8 or 7 when he bought the pod and they will be on the trip till she is 18 or 17. Meaning should have, assuming growing to average height need an adult pod. Even if she didnt, but im sure other children would need adult pod. Think this is just a plot hole the author didnt think about when classifying pods into sizes of adult and children and still having children age.

I thought everyone is under cryogenic hibernation so they don't physically age hence why in one of the chapters so

. When he said that she's growning into a young lady, it's her mental age or behavior that's is maturing. In simple term, she's acting "more grown up".

 

Wasn't it mentioned that everyone was frozen before being stuffed into the ships

Mtl, much later on mc and family get to go offline and do stuff in the real world(spaceship) it was mentioned that the little sister was still a small kid physically

 

i thought they said that the time in the game is faster than in real life so how ever long they are in game is a fraction in real life. i think they do age just slowly dont forget their body does change because of cultivation that the computer rediscovered

 

Nope, that shouldn't be the case, I mean if he cultivates in game, he gets the achievements with his real body too, and wasn't it mentioned that the spaceship needs 10 years to go to planet Hope ? And the game is going for 10 years, so there shouldn't be a time difference in game and real life. And if that is the case I think they are not frozen, but then there should be elders dying? Which is not the case, I think in 1 of the chapters was mentioned something about that, but I am not sure where it was and what was it exactly.

 

the body doesnt grow old, but the mind still does. just means theres a disconnect btw body and mind.

Doesn't make sense if the body still feels the changes from cultivation. By this point the mc is like as strong as 5? oxen and 3 tigers? or something like that. If his body was frozen, he's remain the same by the time they land which would be counterproductive since the planet needs you to be superhuman to not die.

 

Yup, that was my point too. Its a bit messy and there wasn't a clear explanation, I think there were a few chapters that mention those things, but I didn't put my attention there.

 

They were moved aboard their own personal pods tho. Meankng the line he bought if I remember correctly

 

Yea but he contradicts that with his yellow human emperor technique. Plenty scenes of it actually affecting his body so body isnt frozen

 

Hmm, that's what I mean, its a bit messy, but weren't there some injections or something of the sort ? So they put it in your body and you gain power, but then again they shouldn't be frozen then. Maybe hibernation ?

Yea but have 2 remember lot more than 1 kid on the ship. Cant just carry the that many extra pods.

They said that yes, but we've see the mc training affecting his body and even saying how sister grown up. I mean imagine growing up in game then being back in a 8 year old body. To disconnect.

 

The injections were nutrients, food. All they did was change what food he was being supplied with as his body changed and need more nutrion to match his growth. Thus meaning no body stasis
