^ Just to add on to that. Nurse Love Syndrome is an amazing game. Its actually better than Addiction despite being the first game in my opinion (edit: because its an enhanced version haha). Why? It has 6 routes, 2 more than Addiction and has 3 different kind of route endings for most just like an otome game, just yuri (also has after stories for the original 3 heroines). Syndrome also makes you appreciate what nurses do for their patients daily. Lilycle is basically a fluffier Kindred Spirits...I 'hnngh' so much when I played it. Also while most of the couples are set, you can actually control the outcome of the romance of the main trio.
