Well, chinese stories are easy to pirate. Most stories you see in Chinese are just a query away from being found. Outside of syosetu and kakuyom free japanese stories are also difficult to find. There is a wealth of gl over on sh and rrl but those are kind of overlooked? Idk. And just volume-wise there seems to be more Chinese stories cropping up. Hence, I assume, why so many Chinese stories recommendations here.
Not talk about pirating, even if you have enough money to buy Kr novels you want to read, access to paid chapters is a real pain. You can't use an oversea credit card to purchase any novel, including GL ones. A national phone number and sometimes a Kr bank account is needed. One more reason is how Kr authors protect their works via DMCA. Unlike CN authors that most of who can only access what their gov allows, many Kr authors have decent English reading skill and can visit oversea sites. They fight hard to take down unlicensed translations when they know somebody is pirating them behind their back. Compared to Kr side, CN side is much more foreign friendlier, so GL fan tend to read CN novels tho.

O top tho. I wrote cp order similar to how JPs point their cp, that's seme x uke. Anyways, B top O bottom is quite ordinary, it will hardly catch my attention. More or less reverse, that's why I use "&". If you read on jjwxc, you will know which one is top, bottom, or reverse via 作品视角~This work PoV, but not always correct.

Subject = MC bottom. Dunno why GG translate "主受" to "subject". Also, "年上" ~ older top and "年下" ~ younger top help predict cp, more reliably than just check 作品视角. I guess you already know this, though.
