Idk if it's the case world wide, but I will tell you that it's more or less impossible to tell the difference between a developed 15 year old and an 18 year old, especially with make up and or in poor lighting like at a club, bar or party. That being the case, if they just let you off reasonably like that, I wouldn't have brought it up haha, sadly a lot of judges don't view it that way and send you off and ruin your life for good. All of the onus falls on the male in this scenario to verify that the woman is indeed over 18, which frankly, no one fucking does. And even if you did, should she provide a fake ID, and she's a minor, you're still at fault. So basically what the legal system is telling us is we shouldn't have sex with anyone that looks even remotely young looking, and that if they are young looking, you need to call her parents before fucking her just to make sure she is 18 lmao
Around here you basically don't go there if you're not 100% sure. If you do then it's a risk you're willing to take.
