A simple question really, but I am interested in knowing. After you eat (a proper meal in your "vocabulary", be it instant noodle to proper meals), how long does it take before you take your next meal? (Not including sleeping hours, so Breakfast till Dinner) Also I don't mind if you have 5 meals a day or 1 meal, that's side story. I'm thinking of changing my eating habits to a better one, timing wise. Oh yea, I eat 2 proper meal, Lunch and Dinner And 2 drinks + snack Breakfast n Eve(tho rarely) The plans is to have 3 proper meal.. but life's been busy
i usually eat the first time around 11-12am and then at around 5 till 8 pm...so, depends..maybe even later,depends very much on which day=((
Weekdays, I typically have a small meal between 7-9, lunch between 12-2 and dinner 7-9. Weekends, typically a meal between 9-11 and then dinner between 9-11.
This is me most of the time unless I have to wake up at 4-6 am. If I have to wake up early, it means I have to do something in the early morning that is not in my usual routine, so I'll eat a quick breakfast then, I'll have lunch at 1-2 pm and dinner at around 7-8 pm. This doesn't happen that often so I usually eat at around noon and then at around 7 pm. That's if I'm not counting snacks as meals, if I do count them in, I eat probably every 4 hours or so. Snacks being one or two cookies, things like that.
whenever the hunger strikes and theres no ppl in the kitchen (i admit im somewhat anti social even with family whenever its not necessary)
brunch - usually around 1 pm dinner usually around 7 pm then I'll have some light snacks around 2 am in the morning
I eat more when I get stressed or if there's a test, the need for my brain become exceptionally large(it is just a compulsory need when people get stressed )
6 to 8am 11 to 2pm 7 to 8pm 3 meals because... meals? that aside, well I sometimes skip dinner or breakfast because I am too distracted doing stuff or just ate too much for lunch in the case of dinner
I am guilty of neglecting my diet and consequently my health. Due to my irregular schedule and lazy behaviour, I miss the appointed time to eat in the house with everybody. So usually I only eat two major meals, with a gap of six hours at best. Sometimes it's three meals a day or a single meal in the entire day. Otherwise, everything is set very well in the house. Breakfast at 7 am, Lunch at 2:00pm and dinner at 8 pm.
