    • Why do people respond to a thread that is obviously bait and/or trolling?
    • Why do people keep giving the same answer to a thread when they can see that someone else already answered the question?
    • Why do people ask stuff here that they can obviously google? (In fact, it even explicitly says not to make a thread if the question can be answered by googling)
    • Why do people share links to porn when it is against the rules?
    • Why do people not read what subforum they are in before making a thread?
      • It's not that hard to see the Novel General, General Chat, and General Site Discussion stand for different things. (tho honestly @Tony we should probably change General Site Discussion to maybe something like About NovelUpdates or something)
    • Why does no one read the rules? They are pretty easily found.
    • Why is TDG and ATG still at the top of the rankings?

    or
    Due slow internet connection he didn't view the loaded message and reply it anyway
    or he didnt read the previous reply and skip to the last page available

    • Why do fish bite after they've been caught before? They still get the food (in this case the sense of superiority from a)proving someone wrong b)answering a question or c)posting 'I was here'. Add d) other for whatever I didn't think of)
    • Majority vote, not reading anything but the op, wanting to agree with a former poster but unwilling to waste limited likes, etc. there are good reasons.
    • Everything can be answered by googling with enough research talent. It's when it can be answered by Wikipedia or I'm feeling lucky that things get annoying.
    • ... See answer six. You already know no ones read those.
    • You are expecting people to a) read what subforums they're in b) make a logical hypothesis about what that subforums pertains to (or b1) read the rules which describe said subforums) and then c) act upon that logical hypothesis. Do you see which of these steps could go wrong (hint: it's all of them).
      • Half the people you're referencing don't realize that all three of those exist. They think they're all the same.
    • Because obviously reading is too difficult for the general population of a site dedicated solely to novel reading................. No but seriously, the rules are all over the place and there are a lot. I spent a couple hours reading through them all, but I'm willing to bet most people didn't and won't even if asked. Also, the fact that they're mostly common sense is sort of defeated by the fact that "sense is never common". So yeah.
    • Because no ones made a concentrated effort to correct such a state of affairs. Also, the snowball effect (the longer they're at the top, the firmer their position gets)

    This is my rant! Also, the rules state you can't make threads whining about slow releases.

    ...they're in the subforum called "Forum Rules"...it's near the top next to Tutorials, and General Site Discussion
