It varies, usually under 12 hours for a mod to come online and look at it. It should say the official answer on the forum you submit your chapter on, but I've had it anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. Never more than a day though.
How about you study first and get back to things after your exam? Stop trying to wonder why and when your releases will be approved and focus on your studies, it's just 3 days
