Discussion Time you wake up

Sleep is life. You can't convince me otherwise haha.

I hate those moments. Lately I've been waking up near two am with my chest feeling stuffy. It gives the feeling like I had a nightmare but I can't remember what is it about.

 

I often wake up later than I should xd

Yep there are those wtf moments but then there are also peaceful moments where I just feel like I slept enough and wake up to a bright moon or soon to be dawn

 

Yeah I agree. My sleep is my adventure time.

Just drink some warm water/milk when that happens. Take a random walk outside your room before going back to bed also helps too.

 

I do this sometimes. Though my milk stock is running low. Maybe I should buy some.

However, as for the second advice it is not that plausible. Still living with my family and walking outside might wake them up. Not to mention that we live in the fringe of society (well, kinda).

Waking up at dawn is really satisfying when you feel refreshed. I really love early mornings especially after the rain because the air seems devoid of it usually city pollution haha.

for several weeks it was 10am. This past 1.5 weeks its was 12pm - 2pm. its 12:46am now but i have an phone interview at 9am with a team/project lead (Yes on a Saturday) so i am about to go to sleep.

When i had to take the train to college when I first moved to Salt Lake City it was 5:30 am.

 

The sunlight is my alarm clock.

Praise the Sun.

 

My classes start at 8 so I wake up at 7:55

 

Ill sleep after one more chapter.
Hehehe we all know how this ends

 

When sunrise

 

lol, i was going to the school just righ beside my house....so i was waking up at 7.55....just 5 min before class...then starting to nap againg if the class was boring....
now my sleeping hours is a complete mess....i wake up random hours from 2.a.m. to 7.a.m. just to sleep and find out it's was already 12.a.m.

did that just this night, i ended to sleep 3.a.m. before realizing

 

I have a regular Saturday class. It's even the busiest day of my week. So yeah, hooray to Saturday slaves...

I used to wake up with the sun when I still lived in the province. One of the windows of my room faces the east and my parents just never bothered to put a thick curtain on that window.

Just how? And why? Don't your school has a strict protocol on tardiness?

What happens if the sun does not rise the next day? Or at least when it is super cloudy?

I live in my uni campus itself.

 

I don't even feel human an hour after waking up... much less five mins

 

You need training

 

It's become a habit for me to wake up at 2 AM in the morning, for no particular reason.
