The box or product or something doesn't say "Made in ***"? Maybe you can try to at least find a "Made in ***" somewhere...and then GT it only or something?
I tried, and it seem like this is Svenska, as in Swedish Language.
Help you find the language, so the job of GT is up to you:blobokhand:

    First line:
The timer can only be used in the area - (the numbers)
    Second line:
Adjust the timer timing by pressing the black switch around the clock
    Third line:
set the arrow to the current time when switching on
    Fourth line:
For timer function, set the slider on the side of the timer in the clock mode
    Fifth line:
set the timer to the wall outlet and plug in the desired device
    Sixth line:
Do not connect timers after each other

Rough translation, sorry if anything is missing.

Edit: burnt my pizza while translating this, feelsbadman.

2nd edit: Just noticed theres instruction at the pictures as well:
    First pic:
    set on / off turn
    Second pic:
set the clock at the arrow when the timer is placed in the wall
    Third pic:
connect the timer to the wall socket and connect.

Again, i'm not actually Swedish, i'm Danish, so this is heavily assisted by google, so it might be missing a bit of context.
