She/he was trying to do patreon chapters and was asked to ask for the author's permission to be able to do this.
And that was unfortunately rejected by all the authors involved.
Now the project is up for grabs.
But doesnt show that anyone wanna pick it up.

3. Well, there is a lot of "fantranslation" using a patreon. So i guess is okay. But, yes, dmca risk still exists.

More so, translating is quite time consuming incompare to just solo read it.
If you can get a bit of money out of it then its fine.
But if you do it only for spreading the work to fellow fans without anything in return.
You got to be some saint to do it.
Not to mention doing it with speed and presicion or such.
With all these risk attached.
But hey. Shadow chapter can surely bring traffic to the website as an advertisements.

I dont get why authors dont want their stuff to be translated i mean... doesnt it give the author a larger audience? And if they do make a real book. Some people that read the trans would have support the author by buying the book

different people different opinion and not to mention about different culture. Tenshi didn't ask the author before starting to translate the series. Tenshi asked for the permission to translate after translating roughly a hundred chapters.
