ok the shadow does nothing to change sides. He wants to add the girls into his group because he doesn't know they consider him the leader.

Now to explain what happen at the end of the arc. I forgot when the shadow did this but he gave his group of girls a letter. The girls thought it was a hidden message inside of the letter and decipher it. After deciphering the letter they find the place where the fox lady and the shadow was hiding the gold. With the gold the girls organization was able to keep afloat. The girls then recruit the fox lady into the organization. The shadow doesn't know any of this, runs away because he think the girls would be mad because he stole their money. That is how the next arc starts.

 

Wow, Good thing I stopped reading then. That's some next level stupid, thanks for the spoilers so I wouldn't have to suffer through it.

haha and when i was reading the manga there were people on kiss that thought the MC was smart.

 

Even though he ran naked into a car? Yeah he must be smart , Now I enjoyed the novel for awhile but dumb MC's that show no sign of smartness or growth of development puts me off.

 

why do you expect growth he is a grown man. he have live what 32 years? Yet, he still wants to play the same game. There is no helping him. Also he will never grow because he is stupid. I think people take a lot of issue in growth and thinks that a character must get smarter or some crap.

 

Doesn't need to be smarter just needs to grow up, I just would've liked to see him grow out of his delusions about the Order and such. He still believes Alpha and others are playing make believe and such yet he kills the Order members which is weird if he thinks they are still believing in some "lie" he told them at the start.

Once again he is 32. Why do you think he would just grow up. He was 16 when he die or around there.He is a moron that cares only about himself shown 2 arcs ago. He wants to be in the shadows but doesn't really care about those feeling around him. He wants to look cool not caring about who it hurts. He doesn't want to save the world. He is fine helping his allies but to him they are just pawns. He doesn't really care about anything beside making a punch stronger than a nuke.

 

His age doesn't really matter since even an adult can show signs of growth in maturity, Maybe I expect too much from this MC since he doesn't even act like a person who wants to be a power in the shadows.

I know, right?! Tensei Shitara Slime had better LN..(except for dropping the Shizu talks arc) and the LN for Arifureta is better too..(not that much tho)

 

Haven't got far yet in Tensei Slime LN, waiting for volume 8. Waiting to finish reading Arifureta LN also.
Hope the publisher for TBPS LN makes the author not continue the stupidity for long.

some adults depends on who they are. This is a moron that think the girls are role playing. He never even ask why or what they are doing. People really hate this arc because the shadow doesn't treat his girls as allies. He doesn't see them as working with him. This arc show this. Which shows how he sees the world.

 

Which is stupid because he saved them and told them they were in the organization shadow garden, even if the excuse is given that he thinks they are no longer part of it cause they went to travel and such it doesn't make sense and feels like the author retconned it. To me at least.
