    The novel is way too popular for Kadokawa is give it anyone but Yen Press(Since Yen Press is the English branch of Kadokawa)

    I don't know... The edginess of Shadow's lines seems not as good as the fan translation. Other than that, everything else is practically the same, if not better.

    I just like Beta's hyping on the last part of the novel though... Looks like the novel came from her delusions.

    If the translator for the official novel ever reads this forum, I appreciate the work that you do! I preordered the book and was glad to officially own the english version. Keep it up and please get the rest of it in English for us please. :blobnosebleed:

    Finally taking time to read volume 1 since it and volume 2 finally arrived by mail the other day, time to see if it’s enjoyable.

    Probably going to wait until the 3rd volume is out before I buy the english versions all at once. Can't decide if I'd rather the Kindle version or the hardcover.

    Reading volume 1 makes me realize how much I hate those two guys who hang out with him.

    Not a fan of some word choices YenPress went with. Especially Shadow Broker since it’s a name for a hacker group.

    Volume 2: I just noticed Gamma’s illustration looks very similar to Aurora, wonder if it’s a coincidence or on purpose.

    “If you run, you’re just bandits! But if you don’t, that means you’re trained bandits!!    ”
    Didn’t expect the translator to almost quote Full Metal Jacket.

    The author switched his focus to the light novel. And the manga is based on that I believe.
