if its good, the same translator of ETT and TbaVW may pick it up... it would be better this way so the same translation style will be kept. there is less than 30 chapters to finish ETT I think. edit: to say that concubine is a prfession is kinda weird... the translation may be wrong.
妃嫔这职业 is the original title And I love the work of translators and editors and it would be really cool if they took this novel. But a different translator would also be refreshing. I don't understand anything about mandarin, but I think this novel has a more difficult level of writing, which is interesting for those who translate novels to perfect the language.

Wait!? What?!? Is there romance in this novel or none? The previous two novels ( Eight Treasures Trousseau and To Be A Virtuous Wife) are my favorite because there's romance & transmigration. If there's none in this (To be a Professional Imperial Concubine) then I would probably not read it, but it's weird for there to be no romance.
There's romance. It's under the genre of romance on publisher's website. I interpreted the author's note as there will be good reasons for why MC falls in love with ML and she's not ruled by her emotions. Or, she falls in love with someone who's not the current emperor or prince? Like a general.
