    I personally like her at the moment, and considering how things are leaning I just hope that it doesn't turn into one of those things where she just ends up back stabbing QQJ later on...

    This recent chapter is just amazing, this novel never ceases to amaze me with the amount of political talk it spews, but still allows to reader to follow... ~_~ It only gets hard when you try to remember names or terms.. but that's easy to fix over time.. :eek: What's everyone's thoughts on chap 50

    Somehow, I'm really grateful that I wasn't born in that era and nobility.I would get killed after 1 week or stand in the shadow forever as nameless maid.
    But Jing Guifei sure has warmed up to Qing Ju, didn't she? And I don't know why but I feel that the most decent male character is Commander Sun. The Wang are fine, but all of them are filled with trickery.

    You have to remember hes a royal guard so he has his own level of trickery or else he would of died a long time ago.. And I think Jing Guifei only started to warm up to her because her son loves Qing Ju so much.

    Also Isn't it pretty funny how Qing Ju's "family" sent the step sister to be a concubine to the prince that's most likely to die early? Also I'm sure you would adapt even if you were a "nameless" maid, and would somehow find your own happyness :).

    Recent chapters have been like this.. and we get to see more personalities and thoughts of our two characters it's really great..
    Also wonder why no one really likes to discuss this.. ( I hate to bump it by my self.. ) :(

    I think it's because most people are move focused on MGA/CD/xianxia stuff. The number of people who read virtuous wife is much smaller, and tend to lurk. Or maybe they only use the main site and not the forum. Sigh.
    We should summon others to join/ read this novel.

    People aren't reading Virtuous Wife? It may not be wuxia/xianxia, but it won't lose to those novels!!!
