    :cookie:To trap or not trap? We've had a loli poll so now's the time for a trap poll.

    Would you read a series with a trap MC or a trap theme to it? :blobpoliceangry:Please note, there's nothing nsfw in these novels by most definitions. Feel free to discuss the both ends of the spectrum too. One where the trap theme is the main backbone of the story versus one where the MC just happens to be a trap in an otherwise normal novel.

    The only series I ever read that had a 'trap' MC was the Tower of God manga and that was quite enjoyable, but the MC was practically asexual and the author didn't constantly make jokes about the MC's 'trap' appearance

    depends really.... id like a hideyoshi type of trap mc... lol...
    but seriously as a theme for a novel... its ok with me as long as they dont go too far into the uncanny valley ill read it

    its a trap in a lot of ways... but for me its too weird.... so weird as weird as a shemale demon having 69 while walking with a succubus weird

    In the last chapter
    The Fiend having evolved in ArchFiend has 2 penises and actually DPed the ex-succubus (She became a djinn) while walking for 70 km during a huge ice-storm. The succubus produced heat, but costantly needed ... ehm ... Let's say fuel.

    afaic, It's one of those things that are amusing from trap's pov, but not as much when ya are on receiving end of it.
    I'd say slavery, ntr and op characters are roughly in that category as well(depending on how 'heavy' someone's tastes are).

    Only sense online... I got bored by the "male" MC acting so girly... are you sure you arent a girl?
    At some point im finishing it but got me bored of the genderbender theme (traps included)

    Regarding traps I have to think of the Anime Nanbaka. Quite a few traps and even some of the MCs might appear female at first glance. But at least you have the voices to clue you in. In the manga it was far worse. Still, it's not the theme of the Story. It's mostly just because everything is so colourfull and sparkles constantly.
