Why do none of the mcs ever complain about not having flushing toilets or proper hot water baths? ( only mc to complain ends up punished with a f grade in personality)

I mean, it's not exactly an enjoyable topic to read for readers... at least I wouldn't.
I think I've read 1 or 2 where they did give a sentence or two for the bath/toilet problems.

They should at least complain about it to themselves

They complain because they have became habitual and dependent on that. Not having modern facilities makes life difficult.
    I think so

Yeah, maybe a sentence or two. But it's not like it's totally outlandish to not have toilets.

They do. But just in books that try to be immersive. If you're not reading proper historical novels though it's going to be a lot harder to see this kind of detail.

Usually, the MC, primarily isekai JP protagonists, ends up developing some kind of bath through magic or expert engineering.

Authors skimp on toilets because to make a toilet that functions comparably to the modern era, you would have to also implement an operational sewage system. Otherwise, you would just have a normal latrine.

In a magical world, that's not really a problem coz' they could just conjure some water and heat, if there's no cleaning spell available. Then they save the waste as a catalyst for plant/life magic. XD

Oftentimes, the author would just lazily describe the setting with a rudimentary sewage system.

That is a very good question. Generally Mc gets transported to a Medieval setting so things get unhygienic . One possible answers is the use of magic i mean you can use earth magic to dig a deep hole and use water magic to clean yourself. Another alternative is that a past reincarnator made a toilet system and spread it to that world, this is very common in isekai tropes out there.

Though it raises the question 'What if they're adventuring? like in dungeons or stuff?' this can be solved by referring to my first suggestion of using magic. Though another thing comes to mind and that is The Mc uses his Infinite storage to store a mobile house (this is common in OP protag with production related skills)

Haaa~ now that ends my answer to 'How does isekai transported individuals deal with toilets?' though if you have any suggestions please quote my comment as i would like to see if i missed something desu~

Japanese also have the world's most advanced closets.

Some of the features include heated seats, auto opening lids, music players, massagers, temperature adjusters, soapy spray, remote controls, night light.

Some toilets have even experimental features like capability of medical tests :D

I've seen it a couple times. Usually it's used for comedic effect, or to make an already bad place seem even worse. I've also seen a lot of novels just avoid it by suggesting they have running water and sewer systems because magic

Usually speaking, it's not worth the trouble to go into this detail in specific.

Once a modern world character is isekai'd to a medi-fantasy setting, said character will have to deal with tons of things that they're not used to and that defy their common sense.

The toilet is just one of many. You can go over it if you want, but there are usually better things to focus on.

The problem with this is that if the fantasy world is supposed to be interesting and different, then the story should have some degree of culture shock. If a particular book doesn't have this then it's a clear indication that the writer doesn't give a damn about world building and the book is probably going to be terrible. Toilets specifically aren't meaningful but they can be one way of adding flavor to the fantasy world.

I agree with that, the culture shock should definitely be added.

I just think that there are other ways to go about it, and that the toilet, while functional, is one of the least appealing ones.
