Hello, I currently have a hardware-ish issue. One day, I saw a piece of white on my touch pad on my computer. Thinking that I spilled something on it, I used a tissue to try to scrape it off. It turns out to be the coating on my touch pad, and now there is a tiny spot on my touch pad that is so shiny that one can see their reflection. I don't want to damage the touch pad in the future, so is there a way to protect or fix this shiny spot?
That's a good idea...Would that scrape off more coating when I peel it off? Would it be safe for future fixes if I do this?
There is a way easier method to protect it, in my country there is a plastic film called contac http://www.papeleriayvariedades.com/es/inicio/557-papel-contac-transparente-x-1-mt.html yours have one buy it an use it is super efectve is used to protect books maybe a book store or a office supplies have it
Mmm. You know those plastic clear sheets teachers use expo markers on when using a projecter and put the clear sheet over the math worksheet to show you how to math as a child? Next time, take one of those and cut it appropriately so it covers your tablet/devices touch pad and tape it down. Your matching pen issued as a pair with your device should continue working thru the plastic sheet without doing wear/tear/ scratches/damage to either pen or touchscreen! And you wont have to buy more expensive replacementd either
just get a new laptop C shell that come with a touch pad. depend on the model, if your model are aluminum/metal you can get it around 30usd in taobao or some other online shop which i don't know. plastic covers are cheaper around 15usd.
