    When I was making this game, I payed very attention to this points:
    - Fairness between Dm and Players.
    - Fairness between the various skill build
    - Differences between the various skill build
    - Less rolls for everyone
    - Less burden for the staffs

    One of my major complain about the previous attempt of Dungeon 2.0 was the idea of adding different elements to an arcane missile will make feel picking a element different. I decide to make them actually different skills. I even make every weakness/resistance unique.

    Yeah, making elements have different effects altogether is a lot nicer than just having it being a different number!

    Their idea was basically:
    Fire ball: do 10 fire damage
    Ice ball: do 10 ice damage
    Light ball: do 10 light damage
    Dark ball: do 10 dark damage.

    I suggest to make a tweak on google doc Proficiency tab.
    Removing all 1/10 and only start showing their exp after someone gain exp on the craft. Then removing all people who never made anything. This would make the doc neater and easier to navigate.
